Position Title: Project Development Manager

The Project Development Manager will lead the development and execution of utility-scale renewable energy projects, using project development, project management,strategic leadership, operational excellence, and innovative thinking. This position requires not only technical expertise but also entrepreneurial vision to drive creative solutions, unlock new opportunities, and help OnPeak Power achieve its project and company goals. This position is a hands-on, self-led role with the ability to manage multiple critical tasks and deliverables on a daily basis and willingness to perform all levels of work to accomplish project tasks and actions. Key responsibilities of the position include:
- Project managing and developing renewable energy projects, including project
site identification, real estate site control and entitlement, environmental studies,
preliminary design and engineering, federal, state, and local permitting,
transmission interconnection, origination, financing and stakeholder engagement. - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to help ensure effective
project delivery. Monitor and control project plans, activities, tasks, issues, risks,
and report on project status. - Leverage prudent development and risk management practices to advance
critical project activities efficiently to increase project value and reduce project
risk while overall increasing the project probability of success. - Develop and implement creative approaches to overcome project development
challenges, from site acquisition, design, interconnection, and permitting to
financing, origination, and construction.
